Take First Steps and Get the Assement
Get your DUI Assessment
A licensed counselor will ask you questions for the assessment. A test is conducted that will give you a rating. Based on the result, you will be given a Follow Guidance of the course you need to take.
Follow Guidance
Once your counselor has given you their recommendations, do your best to complete each and every one of them accordingly. These could be one or more of the following, depending on your assessment:
- 10 – Hour Alcohol & Drug Substance Abuse Course (ADSAC)
- 24 – Hour Alcohol & Drug Substance Abuse Course (ADSAC)
- Victims Impact Panel
- Intensive Out-Patient Treatment
- Alcoholics Anonymous/ Narcotics Anonymous Meetings
- Residential Treatment
Proof of Completion
You will be given a certificate after finishing the recommended courses that were given. Show the certificate/s to the Counselor that did your assessment. After that you can apply for reinstatment at the Department of Public Safety in Oklahoma.
Get Reinstated
Pay the Reinstatement Fee and present your Certification of Completion to the Department of Public Safety and get your License back!
