Can you take DUI classes online in Oklahoma?
All appointments are online at this time (HIPPA) to minimize risk of Covid-19 exposure to clients and staff. However, DUI classes are not permitted to be taken online in the state of Oklahoma.

How long will the assessment take?
The assessment alone should take around 1-2 Hours.
Online ADSAC Class will take 10-24hrs.
What do they do at an alcohol assessment?
A licensed counselor will ask you a few questions, including personal ones for the assessment. A test is also conducted that will give you a rate of 1 to 5. Based on the result, you will be given a guide on what to accomplish to help you get your License back.

What is an ADSAC assessment?
ADSAC is short for Alcohol and Drug Substance Abuse Course. It is required from people who are arrested/suspended due to Driving Under the Influence. In order to reinstate their licenses, they have to be properly assessed and should take courses and classes recommended by State-Certified Counselors.
How long is the assessment valid for?
Within six months of your assessment, you must begin at least one of the recommended solutions given by your counselor. Otherwise, you will have to retake the assessment and pay the fees again.

How much are the reinstatement fees?
The basic reinstatement fee is $315. There may be additional charges.
